Marketing Manager

Our company, located in Sderot, is seeking an experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives and strategic marketing activities for advanced Land Electro-Optical Systems in international defense markets.

Responsibilities:

Initiate and lead marketing and business development campaigns in international defense markets

Lead cross-functional business development processes and strategic growth initiatives

Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and end users

Identify and capture new business opportunities

Meet short- and long-term business growth and order intake objectives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

MBA or equivalent qualification – an advantage

At least 5 years of proven experience in business development, marketing, capture management, or complex international program management

Experience in international defense markets

Experience with land-based electro-optical systems and defense technologies – an advantage

Experience in the defense industry – an advantage

Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills

Proven ability to lead complex marketing and business development campaigns

Excellent interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills

Ability to engage effectively with customers, partners, and stakeholders at all organizational levels

Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills

Fluent English, both written and spoken

Additional languages – an advantage

Flexibility to support international business activities across different time zones

Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis, including extended assignments abroad

Relevant military background – an advantage
